Alimo Studio Notes #59 | Back Home, Back to the Studio
After two weeks in Japan, I spent this week catching up on sleep, emails, and life. Plus a look at available paintings from Greenroom Festival, upcoming monthly art drop
Hey friends!
This past week has been a crazy jet lag recovery, along with settling in. The first few days were spent sleeping. Timing was great b/c that was the weekend, and I had nothing to do (ammmazing). The beginning of the week was mostly admin and computer stuff. This is fulfilling orders, touching base with peeps, and figuring out my life lolz.
While in Japan, I met so many amazing people that I’ve been drafting up emails to stay connected for future opportunities. I’m hoping to expand more into the Japanese market after the success of being out there.
I also switched gears a little for brand partnership convos and our upcoming Monthly Art Drop. Excited for this one.
Overall, very chill week enjoying the sunlight, sleeping, and catching up with friends. Lets jump into it.

Available Paintings
With the Greenroom Festival wrapping up, I have a few paintings available for purchase. I need to update the catalog (apologies, some are sold). Depending on your location, some are in Japan, others here in Brooklyn. Both ship worldwide.
DM at sean@alimofun.com if you are interested in purchasing.
Monthly Art Drop
June drop is just around the corner! I had to skip May as Greenroom Festival took over all my headspace. Excited to bring these 48-hour drops back.
This month I’m going to add a similar format of 4 original paper paintings as well as a new section of sketches for the month. I’ve had so much feedback recently on selling my actual sketchbooks (wild). Instead of selling that, I’ll have simple watercolor studies. These sketches, I’ll sell 5-15 watercolors, ranging from $50-75. Keep an eye out for these. More simple studies, not framed.
Upcoming?
What’s next? Great question. As I reset right now, I’ve been having conversations for future shows, other partnerships, and continuing our monthly drops.
Larger shows take a little time, so that is good on my end as they are the most mentally taxing (which I love btw).
Partnerships are in the works. I have a great one coming out this Fall out in Europe I can’t wait to share on. Plus convos that have been in the works but not fully finalized.
I’m pushing more on expanding our monthly 48 drop for everyone while keeping it premium and sustainable.
Lastly, I’m going to be adding in more prints into the shop from both Greenroom Hawaii and the Greenroom Festival. Be on the lookout for that.
Talk soon friends :)
